Welcome to Flat 2, which is available throughout the year.
This self-contained ground floor flat sleeps up to four adults. There are a few steps down to the front door and a level entrance to the door adjoining garage, so the flat is especially suitable for older or less able guests.
You are welcome to use the garden on the other side of Cliff Terrace (this is accessed by a flight of steps) or the family beach hut. These facilities are shared with other guests in Flat 1.
Weekly rates £ 550 – £ 600. Saturday is the usual changeover day. Arrival after 3.00pm and departure by 10.00am. Daily rates are £ 85 – £95 (3 nights minimum stay).
