Welcome to Flat 1. It is a fully equipped, self-contained, two bedroom flat on the first floor. The flat is available all year.
This flat has a spacious, bright sitting room (with a comfortable bed-settee for extra guests), a kitchen-diner, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with bath and separate shower.
The flat is accessed by stairs from a private parking area and has a small balcony area with seating and a table.
The flat is fully equipped with all linen and towels provided.
The flat is accessed by stairs from a private parking area and has a small balcony area with seating and a table. Disabled or older guests may prefer to access the flat through the hall of the main house with just a few steps to the main entrance. There is a connecting door to the flat from the main hall of Cliff House.
Guests are welcome to use the garden opposite the main house and our family beach hut.
These facilities are shared with guests in Flat 2.
Weekly rates £ 550 – £ 600 (depending on season). Daily rates £ 85 – £95 (3 nights minimum stay). Arrival time is after 2.00pm and departure by 10 am. Sunday is usual changeover day.
